Our roots: a proven model from the UK
CrowdProperty originated in the UK in 2014, quickly establishing itself as a leading specialist lender for property projects. With hundreds of millions in funding provided and a reputation for reshaping property finance, the UK platform’s success laid the foundation for our Australian operations. We bring this proven model to Australia, adapting it to meet the unique needs of our local market.

David Ingram, CEO & Co-Founder
As co-founder and CEO of a PaaS marketplace for mortgages, insurance and utilities, David has personally conceived, founded and successfully exited an Australian tech start-up. Capabilities developed through a career in strategic advisory and operations spanning the property, fintech, and healthcare industries in both Australia and the UK.
Tony Zulli, COO & Director
A senior business leader with significant experience in the financial services industry as a business owner, company director, and Responsible Manager. Proven ability to found, establish, run, and exit businesses. Extensive business network from a 30-year track record in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Lisa Digby, Head of Operations
20+ years in financial services as an executive leader with experience in leading product, account management, and project teams. Post-graduate educated in property and development.
Brian Cullen, Property Director
Over 20 years’ diverse experience spanning property development, project management, construction, financial services, lending and broking, and client relationship management. 10 years’ experience with CBA lending and 10 years as a developer/builder, completing over 50 projects.
Jamie Millar, Head of Marketing
A senior, strategic marketer, Jamie’s experience encompasses technology marketing, PR and communications, sales and brand management. He has commercial experience in Australia, North America, and the UK.
Jack Starkey, Growth and Operations Specialist
Experience in business development for a wealth and investment advisory business focused on strategic property and superannuation investments.
Chris Bentley, Property Developer Manager
Development and construction finance professional with experience in finance across debt capital markets. Previous experience in construction as a project engineer, estimator, and project manager across the residential, civil, and commercial construction sectors. Tertiary qualified in construction project management (construction finance & economics) and applied finance.
Niña Viloria, Marketing Operations Specialist
A qualified engineer, Niña began her professional life working on construction projects in Singapore. She later changed tracks and applied her project management skills and analytical mind to marketing operations and data.
