How it works

Stage 1: Assessment

  • Upon decision in principle (DIP) approval, your client support manager will request funds for KYC and credit checks.
  • Your lending manager will introduce themselves and discuss the proposal.
  • Your lending manager will issue a conditional offer, pending valuation and request an commitment fee.

Stage 2: Validation

  • Upon acceptance, we’ll secure valuation quotes and instruct a valuer.
  • Offer adjustments may follow upon receipt of valuation report.
  • Your client’s project will go to our investment committee for final approval and we will issue a formal offer.

Stage 3: Completion

  • Parties instruct legals. CrowdProperty hires surveyor for initial project report if needed.
  • Legal due diligence is undertaken and the loan agreements are signed.
  • Formal completion, initial funds released; drawdown timeline set.
