Marketplace lending is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and therefore, CrowdProperty is not. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which regulates us and the marketplace industry, mandates that we have to have a number of protections in place to safeguard our investors’ funds.
