You might notice that things look a little different around here… It’s a fresh look, but the same mission.
We’ve updated our brand with a new look, updated logo and colours, a new website, and a few design tweaks to our other materials.
While the visuals are changing, what CrowdProperty stands for remains exactly the same. We’re still deeply committed to helping deliver more homes in Australia by providing property project finance for SME developers with speed, expertise, and certainty. Our positioning stays the same:

It takes a crowd…
This refresh is also an opportunity to reframe what the ‘crowd’ in CrowdProperty means. Originally, it reflected a peer-to-peer lending model that started over 10 years ago in the UK (going on to lend over $900m for the construction of nearly 4000 homes worth over $1.8b to date).
Today, it stands for something broader. It takes a crowd to build more ‘missing middle’ homes — that’s the developers, investors, brokers, and various partners who are all part of building better housing outcomes. Finance is often at the centre of that, and we’re proud to help bring it all together.
CrowdProperty Australia CEO and co-founder David Ingram said refreshing our brand isn’t about change for change’s sake, it’s about clarity.
“As we grow, it’s important that our identity reflects not just what we do, but who we do it with and for,” David said.
“The crowd in CrowdProperty isn’t just a name, it’s a community — the developers, investors, brokers and partners who all play a role in delivering more homes. The ‘together we build’ DNA, and this new look, helps project that more clearly.”
