We’re pleased to share the successful completion of our bridging loan with Alliance Building & Construction at Barney Street, Barney Point, in Gladstone, Queensland.
The first mortgage secured facility supported the developers in acquiring a substantial 8,190 square metre site just 300 metres from Barney Point beach. The site, an amalgamation of four contiguous parcels, is set to become a community of eight Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) villas, delivering much-needed accessible housing in the Gladstone region.
Alliance Building & Construction is an award-winning Queensland builder with a strong track record in accessible and community housing, including winning a Queensland Master Builders award in 2023. The loan has now been repaid in full, marking another successful outcome for CrowdProperty and continuing our track record of supporting quality developers across Australia.
