This marks another significant milestone as the loan for Avalon Road has been entirely repaid, with 100% capital and interest returned to our valued investors.
A Rowville local, this cosmetic renovation saw Jan once again exceed her initial sales target, with this property selling for $1,270,000. Investors earned 8.5% p.a. income with over 75% of investors opting to reinvest in current projects.

Another success story unfolds after the completion of our first project in NSW with developer Matt Tomkins at Carpenter Street, Umina Beach. A testament to Matt’s outstanding project management, this project paid back investors early with 100% capital and income returned.
