We’re thrilled to share the successful completion of our project with developer Assured Projects at Marlo Road, Towradgi, New South Wales. The loan has been entirely repaid by the developer, with 100% capital and interest returned to CrowdProperty.
Led by Fergus Stoke through his company Assured Projects, this three-townhouse development was constructed over a CDC-approved, R2 zoned site in the Wollongong region, another great example of CrowdProperty supporting quality developers to bring well-considered projects to life.

We’re equally delighted to announce the successful completion of our project with developers Carly Maher and Benjamin Fabretto at Highview Road, Bentleigh East, Victoria. The loan has been fully repaid, with 100% capital and interest returned to CrowdProperty.
Located in the sought-after bayside suburbs of Melbourne’s inner south east, this knock-down rebuild delivered a stunning single home in the tightly held Glen Eira municipality, a quality result in one of Melbourne’s most consistent owner-occupier markets.
