Strategy & vision

This project is to build three 2-bedroom villas in Newcastle’s WIndale suburb. Completion of the project is set to be 15 months from settlement.

Combining convenience and affordability, Windale is situated 5 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to major shopping centres, medical, and commercial hubs such as Charlestown, Mt Hutton, and Belmont. Only 15 minutes to Newcastle University, 15 minutes to Newcastle city, this area offers plenty for professionals and students alike. 

The first phase of this project loan will be raising $260,000 for settlement of the land, with subsequent phases to be used for construction. Interest is to be retained until the expiry of the investment term in September 2024. The target income return is 8.5% p.a.*

The NDIS is a government-funded initiative aimed at providing support and services to individuals with disabilities, while SDA focuses specifically on creating accessible and specialised housing options for people with high support needs. By investing in the NDIS/SDA project, you can contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Exit strategy

The developer will be retaining all 3 villas on completion.

Highly experienced with over a decade of experience in property, developer Richard Williams is a passionate and experienced property professional. Undertaking a wide range of roles, from buyers agency to consultancy, Richard has an intimate understanding of the end to end process of projects, assisting him greatly in delivering high quality projects. A Newcastle resident himself, Richard is passionate about adding to the local SDA space.
