Buddika Kulasekera and Yadvinder Singh are the guarantors for Luxe Monaco Pty Ltd.
Kulasekera and Singh are business partners in Alchemist Property Group Pty Ltd. Their business models include property development facilitation, direct property development, and property renovation and resale. Their previous projects include ‘Aurora Residences’ in Burleigh Heads and a development at 1388 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach. The developers have a proven track record, are contributing substantial equity into the project, and have a combined net personal asset position of ~$7.2 million.
