What and who is a wholesale investor?

A wholesale investor is an investor that meets certain financial criteria. They must meet the financial threshold of a yearly gross income of over $250,000 (for at least the last two financial years) or hold net assets both of which require evidence in the form of an accountant’s certificate confirming that fact — or have $500,000 to invest upfront.   • Once registered, investors login to the CrowdProperty platform where they can see all the projects currently open and choose to invest.
  • Once funds are raised and deployed, we keep our investors updated with regular roundups until the project is completed.
  • Upon successful completion of the project, and repayment of the loan and interest in full, investors will receive their capital and interest income ^*.
