Strategy and vision

This project is to build two five-room townhouses in Sydney’s North Epping suburb. It has two stages — demolition and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 20 months from settlement.

The first stage of the development consists of demolishing the current structure, removing several trees situated on the block and completing a Torrens title subdivision of the existing lot into two lots. Each townhouse will be finished with five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and multiple living zones.

The fund raise for phase one is for $2,000,000 to be completed in January 2021. Phase two — the construction phase — is for $1,300,000.

The borrower and project team

The developer of this project has been heavily focused on finding his first development over the last 18 months, after an extensive, senior career in a ‘big four’ accounting and finance firm.

The developer has enlisted a highly experienced builder to manage this project, who has been building and renovating property in the north-west of Sydney for over 10 years. His joint ownership of the financial budget has also meant there has been no ‘price shock’ following the design phase.

This project is to build six townhouses in Lake Macquarie’s Swansea suburb. It has two stages — demolition and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 18 months from settlement.

The project is situated in Swansea, NSW, between Gosford and Newcastle. Swansea is the largest town in the City of Lake Macquarie and only 35 minutes from Newcastle CBD.

The fundraise for phase one is for $2,000,000, to be completed in February 2021. Phase two — the construction phase — is for $750,000.

This developer has been involved in real estate and construction for over 20 years, and has undertaken multiple developments of his own in the last 10 years. He is focused on delivering environmentally sustainable projects, with a strong knowledge of the area giving investors confidence in the potential success of projects in the region.
